An Environmental Statement (ES) has been submitted to support the planning application for the enabling works for Phase 1 Suitable Alternative Natural Greenspace (SANG) at the former Wisley Airfield. This reports on the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) process undertaken to identify the likely significant effects of the proposed works on the environment. The Secretary of State determined that an ES was required to support the application and its scope and content reflects correspondence with the National Planning Casework Unit and Guildford Borough Council.
