New Facilities

Education and health care provision
Our application includes two nurseries, a two-form entry primary school and space for four-forms of entry secondary schooling, if requested by Surrey County Council. The proposals also include healthcare provision.
New local infrastructure
Our development will deliver key infrastructure not currently available in Ockham Parish and nearby Wisley, for the benefit of existing and new residents.
Wider facilities
Our proposals also include healthcare provision and a mobility hub with a car club, bike repair station, bus stops, electric charging points and e-bike hire.

Innovation and green space

For those working remotely, and to create flexibility for residents, we are providing for innovation centre facilities which will act as a work from home hub. The Centre will have meeting rooms, business equipment such as printers, scanners and an onsite café for more informal collaboration.

There will also be over 52ha of open green space – an area bigger than Stoke Park – with a vast Country Park open to all, as well as sports pitches.

People living at the former Wisley Airfield will have everything they need for daily life on their doorstep, and these facilities will be available for our neighbours to make use of as well. Located in the heart of the development, they will be central to daily life and will encourage social integration.

New Jobs
The proposals will also create more than 400 direct jobs on site and relevant community assets will be gifted by Taylor Wimpey to a Community Trust to ensure their long-term management and success.
