The proposals will bring a number of benefits to the community including:

• The former Wisley Airfield will provide up to 1,730 new homes for families, first time buyers and downsizers and 100 specialist homes for older people.
• 40% of homes will be provided by our affordable housing partner Vivid Homes
• Shops and services will be provided for residents and visitors, including a health facility
• New school facilities will be provided for the residents.
• There will be a huge parkland for the whole community to enjoy which is bigger than Stoke Park
• Environmental improvements are to increase biodiversity on site by 20%
• Sustainable travel infrastructure will be implemented, including new cycle routes and bus services linking local residents to key amenities
• A collaboration with B-Line will see one of the largest contributions to the pollinators network to date, encouraging their movement and access to the area.
