Taylor Wimpey is pleased to announce that in August 2020 we presented our initial work in progress framework plan to Design South East. This is part of the Policy D1 consultation strategy that we have agreed with Guildford Borough Council.
This framework plan has evolved following feedback from the community in the form of our online community consultation events in July 2020 and through our technical stakeholder engagement. At these events we provided the community with an overview of our vision for the site, site wide considerations, masterplanning options, next steps and upcoming planning applications.
The feedback we received at these events has provided us with a starting point in progressing the design development for the framework plan. This drawing concludes this first round of community engagement and will be used to develop the plans further in the upcoming consultation programme.
We will now be looking at the feedback that we have received on this plan from Design South East, Community Liaison Group as well as further comments received from stakeholders before we present a revised framework plan to the community later in 2020.

This framework plan has been created as a result of the feedback received at the online community consultation events in July 2020. It does not include comments received from the Design Review Panel or further consultation with the community. This is a work in progress framework plan and will be subject to change
